Report Your Pet as Missing

If your pet has gone missing, please complete one of the forms below. Please note that Lost Reports are kept on file with CNHS for 30 days, after which, you will need to file a new report. Check the corresponding Found Pets page to see if your pet is on the list, and be sure to also check the stray kennels at CNHS in person; filing a lost report does not guarantee that your animal will be identified on intake. After-Hours

Outside of business hours, please report Priority One animal issues to the Grand Island Emergency Center at 308.384.9380 to have them dispatch an Animal Control Officer. Priority One calls include animal bites, sick/injured animals, animal cruelty, and confined strays.
